The Uniplaces Guarantee was created to protect our landlords from tenants who need to leave before the agreed move-out date, for personal reasons, despite being satisfied with the accommodation they have booked.
In this case, we either find a new tenant for your place or we cover the total amount of the rent until the end of the first tenant's contract until a maximum stay of 1 year.
Am I entitled to the Uniplaces Guarantee?
You are entitled to the Uniplaces Guarantee if you:
- Have a Visited Property;
- Haven't received any complaints from a tenant;
- Keep your availability updated.
When you receive a booking request, it will clearly be stated whether it is covered by the Uniplaces Guarantee.
How do I activate the Uniplaces Guarantee?
To activate the Uniplaces Guarantee, you just have to contact our Landlord Support Team by email at email@example.com. Please get in touch with us up to 14 days after the tenant's departure.
