It is completely up to you whether you want to include the utility bills in your monthly rent or not. You can either:
1. Choose to add all or none of the utility bills in the monthly rent;
2. Choose to include only some of the bills (e.g. just the internet bill or just the gas bill).
You can also choose to add caps to your bills, meaning that a bill is included in the monthly rent up to a certain amount. If a bill exceeds that cap, the tenant will have to pay you the corresponding difference.
Note: If the bills have a fixed value every month, they must be included in the monthly rent so that the tenant can make an informed decision.
Tip: Since most of our tenants rent for medium to long-term periods, they highly value and prefer rents that include bills. This helps tenants know exactly how much they're paying every month.
