Once you accept a booking request, the booking is automatically confirmed and paid for, and you will receive a booking confirmation email.
If you want to double check the status of the booking request, you can:
1. Go to your Personal Dashboard;
2. Select Bookings;
3. Click on Confirmed Bookings;
4. If you accepted the booking, meaning it was paid for, it will show up on this list.
Keep in mind that we will transfer you the first month's payment 48 hours after the tenant moves in.
