We have to distinguish the cancellation process before and after a booking is confirmed.
To cancel a booking request before it is confirmed and before a tenant pays for it:
1. Log in to your Personal Dashboard;
2. Click on Bookings and then on Requests;
3. Click on Reply;
4. Choose Decline.
Please always try to give a reason as to why you have to decline the request.
To cancel a booking after it is confirmed and after a tenant pays for it:
When you accept a booking request, your tenant automatically pays for it and it has a confirmed status on your Personal Dashboard, so you're not able to cancel it there. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact our Customer Care Team here. Please be aware that the level of commitment of the tenant is very high, since at this stage they have already paid the first month of rent.
