Although it is very uncommon, sometimes tenants leave earlier than the booked move-out date.
What do you have to do in this case?
1. Agree on a new move-out date with your tenant;
2. Contact us here so we can confirm the departure with the tenant too. Once we have the confirmation, we can internally update your availability calendar.
3. If your listing is protected by the Uniplaces Guarantee and you want to activate it, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team.
What about the security deposit?
Although this is totally up to you, if your tenant leaves earlier than the booked move-out date, you are entitled to keep the security deposit that was paid to you upon their arrival.
