You can only speak directly with your tenant after you accept their booking request and the booking is confirmed and paid for.
Until then, Uniplaces mediates the conversation between you and any potential tenant so you don’t have to go over all the work of answering messages.
If you have questions about a specific booking request, please contact out Customer Care team and we will get in touch with the tenant to clarify any questions you may have before accepting it.
Once you accept the request, Uniplaces will provide you with all the contact details of your future tenant so you can directly arrange their move-in and other details.
Please note that, although you are unable to contact your tenant before accepting a booking request, you will still be able to know a few things about them, such as their name, age, whether they are a student or a young professional, and a short introduction written by them.
