Since tenants provide payment details when they send a booking request, a booking is automatically confirmed in our system once you accept their request and after the payment is confirmed.
When this happens, you will receive an email confirming you have a new tenant, along with their personal and contact information.
If the tenant pays in advance, why do I only get paid after they move in?
We will transfer your first month's rent directly 48 hours after your tenant moves in. We only pay you then to ensure they are happy with your place and that it corresponds to the information stated in your listing.
