Verifying your properties will make them more trustworthy and appealing to potential tenants. We have 4 different verification levels.
Once your are fully verified, your offers will be more visible in our homepage and will have a Verified by Uniplaces stamp. The four verification levels are:
- Not yet verified, means that we still need to work with you in order to verify your property
- Verified, means that you have provided your email address, phone verification and offline ID in your dashboard;
- Visited, means that Uniplaces photographers visited your property;
- Exclusive, means that your property is fully managed by Uniplaces and only available on our website;
To add verifications to your profile, go to your dashboard and click on Add verifications, in order to provide your email address, phone number and offline ID.
Phone verification: press Send verification code. You will receive an SMS with a code. Insert this code in the dashboard and click Verify code. If you wish to receive booking request via SMS, click I want to receive sms notifications on new booking requests;
Email address verification: click Send email, you'll be receiving an email with a link. By clicking that link your email will be verified;
ID verification: click Choose Document, upload your ID card, click Submit document. Once this is done you just need to wait until out Customer Support team validates your document.
Please note that the ID must belong to the account holder; if the account belongs to a company you should upload the company's ID.
