Verifying your place will make it more trustworthy and appealing to potential tenants. There are four different place verification levels:
1. Not yet verified: It means that your personal information on your Personal Dashboard still hasn't been verified, and neither has your property;
2. Verified: It means that you have verified your email address, phone number and government-issued photo identification. Click here to learn how to verify your information;
3. Visited: It means that a Uniplaces photographer personally visited and photographed your place;
4. Exclusive: It means that your place is fully managed by Uniplaces and is only available on our platform.
To add verifications to your profile, go to your Personal Dashboard and click on Add verifications to provide your email address, phone number and offline photo ID.
For phone number verification: Click on Send verification code. You will receive an SMS on your mobile phone with a code. Insert this code in the dashboard and click on Verify code. If you wish to receive booking requests via SMS, you can click on I want to receive SMS notifications on new booking requests;
For email address verification: Click on Send email. You will receive an email with a link. By clicking on that link, your email address will be verified;
For ID verification: Click on Choose Document, upload your government-issued photo ID card, and click on Submit document. Once you do so, you just need to wait until our Customer Support Team validates your document. Please note that the ID must belong to the holder of your account; if the account belongs to a company, you should upload the company's ID.
