If when you try to process the booking payment, you get a message reading 'Insufficient funds', your bank didn't authorize the payment.
This could happen for two reasons:
- your bank doesnt recognize the transaction;
- your card limit is too low.
If you can't continue your booking due to this error, we recommend you to:
- speak to your bank;
- if you have a portuguese bank account: create an MBnet account.
