Sometimes Uniplaces is not able to complete a booking request. This happens for several reasons, from the landlord not updating their availability in time to that place being booked seconds before by someone else.
If you sent a booking request and the reply says that the place you chose isn't available, we'll inform your credit card company, Paypal or bank (depending on your payment method) to release the funds back to your account, which should be available within the next few business days. You will not be charged anything.
As we know that what matters to you is finding an alternative. You'll find a few options in that email you receive:

We'll try to find you other alternatives that are similar to the one you chose. We match your preferences by looking at the place you chose, suggesting other similar options which seem to be available on the date that you need them. We recommend following these suggestions.
- A new search
Sometimes it's harder to match available listings with your previous choice, so in the suggestions section of the email you won't find anything you like. If this happens, we make it easy for you to start a new search with your previous requirements.
