If an unexpected event happens to the property or its landlord, a booking might be cancelled. If this happens you'll be notified immediately.
In case of a cancellation you will be fully refunded on everything that you paid, including the first rent's payment, Uniplaces' service fee and any deposit. Depending on your payment option and bank account, your funds should be back to your account within a few business days.
As we know it's important to find a new place, you have a few options:

After a cancellation we try to match your preferences (by looking to the type of listing you chose in the first place) and suggest other similar options, with available dates within your preferred period. We recommend following these suggestions as they are our best matching properties.
- A new search
Sometimes it's harder to match available listings with your previous choice. When this happens, we make it easy to start a new search with your previous conditions.
