Sometimes a booking might be cancelled unexpectedly. It may related to your landlord or to the place you booked. Whatever the reason, you will be notified of the cancellation immediately.
If either your landlord or Uniplaces cancels your booking, you will be fully refunded, including the first rent, the Uniplaces service fee, and any deposit you may have paid. Depending on your payment method and bank account, the amount you paid should reach your bank account within 10 business days.
You might be contacted by a Uniplaces agent to help you find a new place. We will suggest similar places to the one you booked and make sure they match your original preferences.
In case no other similar place is available for the dates you selected, try editing your preferences. The less limited they are, the more likely you are to find a great place!
