You can reach out to our claims team to activate the Guarantee by submitting a claim here and selecting the appropriate option.
So that the claim is valid, you must do this withing 14 days of the tenant having left the property and stopped paying the rent, and you must also provide us with written proof that you have demanded the rent payment from the tenant before initiating the claim process.
After that, our claims team will get back to you and take care of the rest!
How it works:
