If your profile and property are eligible for the guarantee, it will be clearly identified on a booking request if it is covered by the Uniplaces Guarantee or not.

You will be eligible to be covered by the Uniplaces Guarantee if:
1. Your place is verified by our team;
2. You have never received a complaint from a tenant;
3. You keep your availability calendar regularly updated.
If you meet these requirements and a tenant leaves your place before the move out date, you must make a claim with our Customer Care Team here.
