To be covered, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Your property needs be visited and verified by the Uniplaces team.
- You cannot have had a complaint process: if you have a valid guest complaint, you will not be eligible.
- Accept as many bookings as you can: avoid rejecting or letting booking requests expire and don't cancel existing bookings.
- Keep your availabilities updated!
You don’t need to apply in order to be covered by the Uniplaces Guarantee. If you meet the criteria above, you will be selected and notified via email.
