At the moment, if the tenant never showed up and did not cancel the booking before, you cannot activate the Uniplaces Guarantee.
The Guarantee is legally built around an event of early departure, so it implies that there has been a move-in. If no one showed up, the Guarantee is not valid, but you should let us know immediately: we will do our very best to ensure you get another booking for your property as fast as possible!
